If you have lost access to your 2FA generator and cannot access your account. You can disable 2FA and gain access to your account.
Introduce your login details.
When asked for 2FA click “Problems with your code?” and insert your 2FA Back-Up code.
Once you enter your Backup Code and click authenticate, your 2FA will be disabled.
