Forgot your password?

Should you lose or forget your password, you can regain access to your OK.secure account with your recovery key.

In the login screen, press Forgot your password.

Enter your username, email address and click “Next”.

The system now will send you an email with an account verification code. Insert the verification code.

Now insert your account recovery key and click “Recover account”.

Now type in a new password and confirm your password. Click on “Change Password.”

You have successfully changed your password and you can now login again using the same username and your new password.
