Should you lose or forget your password, you can regain access to your OK.secure account with your recovery key.
Requirements:
Account recovery must be activated! see: How to enable account recovery? (Desktop)
- In the login screen, press "Forgot your password?".
- Enter your username and email address and click “Next”.
- The system now will send you an email with an account verification code.
Insert the verification code. - Now insert your account recovery key and click “Recover account”.
- Now type in a new password and confirm your password.
Click on “Reset Password.”
You have successfully changed your password and you can now login again using the same username and your new password.
