OK.secure uses zero-knowledge technology which means we do not have access to users’ passwords and are not able to reset users’ passwords. Should you lose your phone, and not have downloaded your recovery key, you will not be able to recover access to your OK.secure account and therefore lose access to OK.secure.
If you lose your phone or access to the OK.secure app, you will also lose access to your OK.secure wallet.
